International events promoted by World Entertainment Media FZ-LLC
Terms
W.E. Мedia Group
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between World Entertainment Media FZ-LLC (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”) and ticket holders in relation to the organisation, performance and attendance of international concerts, performances and other events for which World Entertainment Media FZ-LLC is identified as promoter, organiser or contracting entity on the relevant event or ticketing page (“Event”). If another promoter or contracting entity is identified for a particular Event, that entity’s applicable terms govern instead.
Tickets are currently sold through independent third-party ticketing operators and sales channels. The ticketing operator’s terms govern its platform, customer account, order processing, payment, ticket issuance and delivery, and any fees charged by that operator. These Terms govern the Promoter’s responsibilities for the Event and attendance at the Event. The venue’s own admission, safety and house rules may also apply.
Where these Terms are incorporated into the ticket purchase or otherwise made applicable to the Event, they apply together with the relevant ticketing operator’s terms and any event-specific conditions. Mandatory consumer law prevails to the extent that it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
1. Scope, roles and application
The Event page or ticketing platform will state the Event name, date, time, venue, ticket category and price available at the time of purchase. The purchaser should review these details before completing the order.
A ticket is valid only if issued through an authorised sales channel and if its barcode, QR code or other access credential has not already been used, cancelled, duplicated or invalidated. Where a ticket is personalised, reasonable proof of identity may be requested if this is permitted by law and communicated in advance.
2. Event information and ticket validity
Ticket prices and any booking, service, delivery, payment or similar fees are displayed by the relevant ticketing operator before purchase. Fees charged by an independent ticketing operator are governed by that operator’s terms and applicable law. These Terms do not state that such fees are always refundable or always non-refundable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment processing is handled by the ticketing operator or its payment service provider. The Promoter does not normally receive or store full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or other card-security credentials.
3. Prices, operator fees and payment
Unless mandatory law, event-specific conditions or the relevant ticketing operator expressly provide otherwise, a ticket for a concert or other leisure Event scheduled for a specific date or period is not voluntarily returnable merely because the purchaser or ticket holder can no longer attend.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer remedy arising from cancellation, postponement, a material change, defective performance or another circumstance in which applicable law requires a refund, price reduction, damages or another remedy
4. No general voluntary return right for dated Events
If an Event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the Promoter will act in accordance with applicable law and the applicable Event and ticketing terms. Information will normally be communicated through the ticketing operator, venue, Promoter or another reasonable channel.
Refunds, where due, are normally administered through the original ticketing operator or sales channel in accordance with that operator’s procedure and, where required, following the Promoter’s instruction, confirmation and/or funding. A different procedure may be announced for a particular Event.
Reasonable changes to the running order, repertoire, supporting musicians, production elements, stage configuration or programme may occur where the essential character of the Event is preserved. Mandatory rights arising from a legally material change remain unaffected.
Travel, accommodation and other indirect expenses are not reimbursed unless required by mandatory law or expressly agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation, postponement and material changes
Important notices concerning cancellation, postponement, venue or time changes, access or other operational matters may be sent using the email address, telephone number or other contact details provided to the ticketing operator or otherwise made available for Event administration.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact details to the ticketing operator. The Promoter is not responsible for a notice not reaching a ticket holder because incorrect or outdated contact details were supplied, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Contact details and Event communications
Admission is subject to the venue’s lawful safety, security, age, accessibility and house rules, together with any Event-specific requirements notified in advance or reasonably imposed for public order and safety.
The venue or Promoter may, subject to applicable law, refuse admission or remove a person where reasonably necessary because of safety or security concerns, disruptive or abusive conduct, serious intoxication, prohibited items, fraud, ticket misuse or a material breach of venue rules. Security screening or bag checks may be conducted where lawful and proportionate.
Late admission may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance. Re-entry after leaving the venue is not guaranteed unless the venue expressly permits it.
7. Admission, security and venue rules
Accessibility or special seating requirements should be raised as early as possible with the ticketing operator, venue or Promoter so that available arrangements can be confirmed. Any health or other sensitive information voluntarily provided for this purpose will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy law and only to the extent necessary to address the request.
8. Accessibility and special requirements
Professional audio, video or photographic recording, live streaming, broadcasting or commercial exploitation of the performance is prohibited unless expressly authorised by the relevant rights holder. Personal, non-commercial photography or recording is subject to venue rules and instructions given at the Event.
All intellectual property rights in the performance, production, branding, recordings and promotional materials remain with the respective rights holders.
9. Recording and intellectual property
The Event may be photographed or filmed by the Promoter, venue or authorised production partners for lawful security, archive, editorial, documentary and promotional purposes. Attendees may appear incidentally in crowd or atmosphere footage.
Where prominent or individual use requires consent or another specific legal basis under applicable privacy or image-rights law, that requirement will be addressed separately. Event-specific notices may provide further information.
10. Event photography and filming
Ticket transfer or resale is permitted only to the extent allowed by applicable law and the original ticketing operator’s rules. Unauthorised commercial resale, duplication, barcode sharing, counterfeit tickets, fraudulent chargebacks or other misuse may result in cancellation or refusal of admission, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
The Promoter cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties.
11. Ticket transfer, resale and misuse
An Event may be affected by circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including governmental restrictions, public-safety risks, severe weather, transport disruption, venue unavailability, illness, serious technical failure or other force-majeure circumstances. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to perform, reschedule or otherwise address the Event in accordance with applicable law. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
12. Force majeure and circumstances beyond reasonable control
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter is liable for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of its breach of contract or legal duty. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law so provides.
13. Liability
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Promoter’s International Privacy Policy and, where a ticket is sold through a third-party ticketing operator, that operator’s own privacy notice. The Promoter may receive limited purchaser or attendee data where necessary for Event administration, access control, customer support, safety, legal compliance, reconciliation or other lawful purposes.
Purchasing a ticket does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Marketing is sent only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after a separate consent or opt-in.
14. Personal data
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that cannot validly be excluded, including protections that may apply under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence or the country in which the Event takes place.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court, consumer authority or other body where applicable law grants that right.
15. Governing law and mandatory local rights
Questions or complaints concerning the organisation or performance of an Event may be sent to support@we-mediagroup.com. Ticket delivery, account, payment, refund and other order-specific matters should normally be raised first with the ticketing operator or sales channel through which the ticket was purchased.
16. Complaints and contact
We may update these Terms for future Events to reflect legal, operational or commercial changes. The version applicable to a particular ticket is the version made available or incorporated when the relevant ticket relationship was established, subject to mandatory law.
